Ron and his wife Adrienne are owners of Sunset Properties. The company has offices in Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. It provides full real estate sales services for both buyers and sellers in those two towns and the neighboring South Brunswick County communities. The company also provides vacation rental management services to over 400 homes on the two islands.

Ron has sold coastal real estate since 1998, and is the company's President and Principal Broker, and serves as the Broker-in-Charge at the company's Ocean Isle Beach office. He is a former Town Councilman for Sunset Beach, and is currently the Chairman for the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce. He and his family live on Ocean Isle Beach.
