or rent one! For those who want to stay on land, try the Sunset Beach fishing
pier located at Sunset Blvd. & Main Street next to the island's gazebo.
The boat ramp that was located near our island's swing bridge is now closed. If you are bringing your own boat, or other watercraft, you may launch it at nearby Ocean Isle Beach under the bridge or at one of these other boat ramps:
Lloyd's Oyster House at Shallotte Point (910-754-6958) - $5/boat, $4 for extra cars
Tripp's Boat Yard at Shallotte Point (910-754-6985) - $5/boat, $4 for extra cars
Underneath the Little River Bridge - US-17 going south towards North Myrtle Beach. FREE with plenty of parking.
