The Bird House is a charming, designer owned, oceanfront home located on the far East End of the island. It is newly refurbished, with awesome ocean views. It is privately owned, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
Interior amenities include four TVs, with VCRs, WIFI internet access, iPod charge, work area and connecting door. Outside amenities include covered porch, sundeck, large shower/dressing area, lovely landscaping and a permanent grill.
The Bird House is one of a select number of our rental homes participating in the Platinum Perks program. The home has met certain key size, furnishing and amenity standards to qualify. Guests will enjoy special benefits not available at all homes: beach chairs (one per bedroom) and a beach wagon will be provided at no charge, internet access is also included. Bath/kitchen towels and bath mats will be provided, and the beds will be made with linen at no charge. Partial check-in is allowed after 1:30pm (we'll have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen ready for your use by that time. You can drop the bags and head to the beach while we finish the cleaning by our normal check-in time of 4pm).
