The Sunset Properties sales staff at our Sunset Beach office focuses primarily on island properties on our beautiful beach stand. Though the company has retained its independence from real estate franchises over its 20+ years, the office has had the top sales broker on the island for three of the last four years!

Our sales staff can serve in one of three roles for every client:

• Buyer’s representative-we work to learn each client’s personal preferences, and then will represent the client in the process of finding and then negotiating for the best property.
• Seller’s representative-we do work exclusively for a seller to identify the appropriate competitive price for his property, and then develop and implement a marketing plan to get the property exposed and sold to likely buyers
• Dual agent-in some cases, our clients allow us to represent both sides in a transaction if a particular property meets the needs of a buyer that they are also working with.
