This home is dog friendly, allowing up to two dogs per rental. There is an additional fee if you plan to bring your dog(s) with you.
This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival. Make sure you check out the amenities this home has to offer. For a list of standard equipment, please click Standard Equipment under the Amenities tab. This is a privately owned home, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
Refer to floorplan for furniture layout. Furnishings are not yet complete, but all bedding and basic layouts are on the floorplan. We will update inside pictures as soon as they are available. Please ask if you have any questions.
NOTE: the owner is under contract to have a dock built and installed by beginning of rental season. This is incumbent upon a variety of factors that are out of the owners control. If delays in third party contractors do not complete in time for the season, please note that no refunds will be given. It is the owners intent to have this completed on time. Bear in mind when booking.
