You will find an interior connecting door allowing families renting both sides of the duplex to easily move from side to side. Savoring your morning coffee or evening cocktail while breathing in the salt air on the covered or sun deck is incredibly refreshing. With some of the best views in Sunset Beach and a short walk to the beach, it is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The charcoal grill is shared with both sides of the duplex. This is a privately owned duplex, and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services.
This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.
